Amy's Lasagna

Here’s a recipe you want to do on a day you have some extra time. I like to double the batch and freeze half. I’ve also made this in four square pans instead of two 9x13’s and frozen three if it’s just my family eating it. When we have company, I make it in a 9x13 casserole dish. All in all, the time investment to make this amazing lasagna is worth it.....

Strawberry Lemongrass Sorbet

So in our house, we TRY to curb the sugar as much as possible. This goal often cramps the dessert style a bit, even thought we truly love berries and fruits as dessert. I say that, but the truth is that my husband just hides stashes of ice cream in the freezer and eats it after the kids go to bed – I pick my battles. This sorbet, though. SO GOOD......
